Failure to comply with the terms described here will result in the deactivation of the service (license key) and the banning of the user from the community, without prior notice.

You use the tool at your own risk. We are not responsible for any bans/suspensions within the game.

You may only use a payment method that you are authorized to use.

There is no guarantee that our services will meet all your needs, be error-free, or be available at all times. Downtime is expected after GunBound updates to ensure the tool is properly updated and compatible with GunBound. There may also be brief periods of downtime for maintenance or feature updates from time to time.

Some features may not function correctly.

Our service provides no warranties, not even implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, any damages caused by the use of our services. We do not offer compensation of any kind.

To request a refund, please contact us regarding your issue. Refunds will only be issued if it is proven that our software does not work at all on your machine.

Licenses are tied to your hardware. Our system will detect attempts to use a license on multiple machines, which will result in the suspension of your license and a ban from our Discord channel. We do not refund banned Discord accounts or lost licenses. Never share your license key with anyone.

Charging back or disputing a payment will result in a ban from our services and will void your license.

We may sell "lifetime" subscriptions. Lifetime refers to the lifespan of the tool, not your personal lifetime.

You are not allowed to attempt any kind of attack against our website/server.

You are not allowed to attempt to debug/bypass/unprotect our product.

You are not allowed to share or resell our product.

If you post videos/images of our tool, you are responsible for properly hiding your account information.

We only offer support for WINDOWS 8 x64 AND HIGHER x64 VERSIONS. If you use any other operating system, we cannot guarantee functionality.
